More than just an IT Solution, the Knowledge Hub is a far-sighted knowledge sharing and social media resource, building on the success of the Local Government Community of Practice platform that currently supports over 100,000 registered users sharing knowledge on over 1500 topic areas, to deliver 21st century methods of working to the Public Sector. In this session I will share lessons learnt on the roll out journey and best practices and benefits which can be applied to any large scale organization.
