Stephen Dale is Director and founder of Collabor8now Ltd, an organization focussed on developing collaborative environments (e.g. Communities of Practice) and the integration of ‘enabling technologies’ (KM, IM, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence) that will encourage innovation and improved productivity. He is a certified knowledge manager with the Knowledge Management Institute (KMI) and the author of several published research papers on collaborative behaviours and information technology. Over a 30-year career he has led major change programmes and developed knowledge and learning strategies for his clients across public, private and not-for-profit organizations. He is one of three community facilitators for the Warwick Business School ‘s “Knowledge and Innovation Network (KIN)”, a peer network comprised of international and blue chip organizations dedicated to developing and sharing innovative practice. He is motivated by the challenges and dynamics of helping people to achieve their goals and ambitions through personal and professional development. He is an optimist, which might explain why he still supports West Ham United.
